When buyers are gathering information, does AI cite you as a source?

See which prompts get answered from yours, which get answered from a competitor's or a forum thread, and what moves when you publish.

The AI Citations screen, sample account. The intent chips and the source filter work — this is the product, not a picture of it.

Does AI cite your brand?

Type a domain and we'll run the same check against it. No account, no card.

The whole citation picture, not a score.

Every panel here counts something you can go and verify — how many prompts cited you, which pages did the work, and who was cited instead. There is no invented visibility percentage anywhere in this product, because a number nobody can check is a number nobody should act on.

The LLMs disagree, often sharply. Knowing you are strong in one and absent from another is a different problem from being weak everywhere.

“best budgeting app for couples”

Most couples end up comparing YNAB, Monarch Money and Copilot — shared accounts and joint category rules are usually the deciding features.

The answer itself

Not a summary of the answer. The text that came back, with its sources, so you can see exactly how you were described or left out.

Everyone but you

The prompts answered entirely without you, and who answered them. This is the list that turns into work.

How it works, end to end.

Step one

You choose the questions.

Not keywords — the whole sentences people actually type into an LLM. We ask them on a schedule and record what comes back, every time, so the record is a time series rather than a snapshot.

  • Whole prompts, not keywords
  • Checked across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity
  • Every run kept, so you can see when an answer changed

Step two

We record who got cited.

For each answer we capture the sources it was built from and sort them: yours, a competitor's, or a third party. Being named without a link is counted separately from being cited with one, because they are different wins.

  • Cited, named, or absent — three facts, not a score
  • Source URLs kept alongside the answer text
  • Competitors identified rather than lumped into “other”

Three domains outrank you on your own topics. That list is the outreach list.

Step three

You see it against your search data.

Citations sit next to Search Console and GA4 in the same report, so you can tell whether being cited more often is showing up as anything — traffic, or nothing at all. Sometimes the honest answer is nothing, and you should be able to see that too.

  • Search Console and Bing Webmaster, connected read-only
  • GA4 sessions from AI platform referrals, split by AI platform
  • One report rather than three tabs and a spreadsheet

Frequently asked questions

  • No, and neither can anyone else selling you this. Nobody has access to other people's conversations. What we do is ask the questions you choose, ourselves, on a schedule, and record what came back — so every result in your account is an answer to a question you wrote, not a conversation someone else had.

See which answers about your category name you — and which name somebody else.
