Common questions.
- What counts as a tracked prompt?
- One question, monitored across the LLMs your plan includes. Tracking “best CRM for agencies” is one prompt whether your plan covers one LLM or four.
- Is the limit per website or per account?
- Per account. Core's 500 prompts can be one website with 500 or ten websites with 50 each — spreading them out doesn't multiply them.
- Why is Claude only on Growth?
- It costs us roughly eight times what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity cost combined, because it's a live model response rather than a scrape. Putting it on every plan would mean charging everyone for it. Growth carries that cost for the people who want it.
- Can I add more prompts?
- On Growth, yes — $0.50 per prompt per month, the same rate the plan itself works out to. On Starter and Core, more prompts means moving up a plan.
- How often are prompts checked?
- Weekly, on every plan. AI answers don't move fast enough for daily checks to tell you anything a weekly one wouldn't, and it would multiply your stored history sevenfold for no extra signal.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, at any time. Your prompts and history come with you, and the new price applies from the next invoice.
